Supported Employment
In the context of delivering supported employment services, our Supported Employment program integrates various offerings, supported by two distinct sources of funding, namely IDS and social security. Our service provisions encompass the RSA, intake, and assessment processes, followed by diligent job development, placement, and obtaining job intake assessment authorization from RSA.
We maintain active engagement with individuals in our program by promptly initiating contact within a two-day timeframe. The intake phase involves a comprehensive evaluation of an individual's skill set. As for job development funded by RSA, our support extends for a duration of three (3) months. This allows us a 90-day window to successfully secure employment opportunities for individuals under the RSA program.
Job Coaching and Placement
Individuals seeking job coaching services have the flexibility to tailor their support based on their specific needs and preferences. The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) offers short-term assistance, while the Department of Disability Services (DDS) provides longer-term support.
The Department of Disability Services (DDS) is well-equipped to aid adults with diverse abilities in their employment journey. This support encompasses a range of options, including basic job assistance, job carving, and specialized employment guidance, all with the ultimate objective of helping individuals achieve a desired level of independence.
Employment services are designed to provide a comprehensive continuum of support. Skilled job coaches are available to assist individuals in gaining and sustaining their employment independently, ensuring a path towards long-term success in the workforce.
