Employment Readiness Program

Our Employment Readiness Program is dedicated to the pursuit and maintenance of competitive employment. We provide comprehensive support that encompasses resume development, honing interview skills, promoting volunteer opportunities, enhancing interpersonal skills, and fostering task-oriented capabilities. Our services extend to teaching vital life skills, including self-care, social interaction, punctuality, mobility training, task completion, self-guidance, problem-solving, and safety awareness.

It's crucial to emphasize that the Employment Readiness Program operates within a time-sensitive framework. Our primary objective is to assist program participants in securing employment within a six-month timeframe, and this program is not intended for long-term enrollment.

Basic Job Training

  1. Resume Building: Creating and updating resumes to effectively showcase qualifications and experience.
  2. Interviewing Skills: Preparing individuals for job interviews, including mock interviews and techniques for answering common interview questions.
